I have been to a few "What's the market look like for New Braunfels" meetings lately. Also known as Market Forecasting. And what do they all say? New Braunfels is a great place to be. Although it's approaching winter, or so we think it might be, soon... we're still going strong. With New Braunfels being in such a great location, centrally located between San Antonio and Austin, as well as being such a quaint little town, we have a very desirable area everyone wants to live in.
